The website Semaforum.si (hereinafter referred to as “Semaforum”) is intended for easier search of company for sports events, cultural events and travelling.

Users can access Semaforum through a secure connection (https protocol). By using Semaforum, the user agrees to the terms and conditions and declares that they are of legal age (13 or older).

When registering, the user enters their data at their own discretion and is responsible for the accuracy. Required are: Name and last name (or name of organization), gender, e-mail and a password that the user chooses. When publishing an activity, the user has to also enter his date of birth and phone number (the latter is optional). Users can freely edit or add their personal data at any time. After registering, users get a confirmation e-mail. Users should keep their credentials safe and not share them – in the case of data disclosure, be it because of intent or negligent care, the user takes full responsibility. In this case, the Semaforum administrator (hereinafter referred to as "the administrator") assumes no responsibility for the abuse of an individual’s user account.

On so-called Semaforum activities, the publisher’s name is always visible. Detailed content of activities and comments are only visible to registered users. The publisher decides if a phone number is also visible to other registered users. By registering on the platform, the user consents to the publication of personal data as described in this paragraph of our terms and conditions.

If a visitor of the online platform Semaforum.si comments on a published activity, the publisher automatically receives a notification about the comment by e-mail. The notification is also sent to all users who saved the activity. Only registered users are allowed to save activities and comment on them.

The administrator assumes no responsibility for the offensive content of users’ comments. Such comments can, however, be deleted on the administrator’s own initiative or based on user reports.

Users who register on the website Semaforum.si allow the administrator to store and process their personal data for better functionality and usability of the website. In case of publishing activities, the user also allows the administrator to store the data entered in the fields while adding the activity. The data that users enter during the publishing of activities are kept for the usefulness of activities. The administrator of the site undertakes not to share personal data with third parties, but will only use them for their own purpose.

The activities can be shared by both registered and unregistered users via Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. The administrator is not responsible for occurences on these social platforms.

The registered user further undertakes to abstain from any behavior that could jeopardize the access to the platform, the operation of the platform, or in any way affect the security of user data. The administrator reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review the content shared by users on the platform Semaforum.si. In accordance with the terms of use, the administrator reserves the right to delete the post that would violate the terms of use or in any way potentially jeopardize the functioning of Semaforum, the safety of its users or of any other person. The administrator reserves the right to delete the content without informing the user who provided such content. In case of repeated publishing of prohibited content by the same user, the administrator reserves the right to delete the user account. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of Semaforum, the credibility of the data entered at registration, the truthfulness of the information in posts and comments and assumes responsibility for the execution and participation in arranged events. By using Semarofum, the user agrees to the use of the platform on their own responsibility thereby relieving the administrator from any accountability in this regard. The administrator assumes no responsibility for the unpleasant consequences arising from posts on the web platform Semaforum.si (e.g. costs, loss, damage, contractual obligations). By establishing a direct or indirect contact with the desired individual, the user assumes full responsibility for all the exchange of the information. The administrator assumes no responsibility or accountability in connection to the content entered by the users on Semaforum.si or with content that is exchanged between the users, or between the users and the third parties in any way. The administrator assumes no responsibility or accountability for any damage, loss, costs or any other consequence, which may arise from the use of the content posted by the users on Semaforum.si or the content shared to other users in any other way. The administrator assumes no responsibility or accountability for any possible disputes, loss claims or other claims, which may arise during the execution of the events published on Semaforum.si. Semaforum provides all rational measures to ensure that the data not intended for public display is not and will not be accessible to the third parties or to the public. The administrator is allowed to publish third-party content or web links to other websites. The administrator is not responsible for this type of content or for content on the websites of the third parties. These websites are subject to the rules of other administrators.

The website Semaforum.si uses cookies. Web cookies are used for easier and more enjoyable use of the platform Semaforum.si.

By registering, the user agrees to the use of cookies on the website Semaforum.si. The Cookie Law is regulated by the Article 175 of the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The platform has the Facebook Pixel and Google cookie integrated in order to simplify the user experience optimization.

The website Semaforum.si is copyrighted work and is owned by the Semaforum administrator. Copying is prohibited by law. It is also prohibited to use any data published on the Semaforum without the knowledge and the consent of the administrator. The format of the website Semaforum.si and all contents of the website are copyrighted work, protected by applicable copyright laws and international copyright agreements, as well as by the regulations in the field of protection of intellectual property, and are property of the holder of the material copyrights that is the administrator. For all the user-created content, the users themselves guarantee that the publications do not interfere with any third-party intellectual property rights.

Šport na klik / Študentska vadba and Semaforum are enabling the connection between the platform for applying to sports activities Šport na klik / Študentska vadba and the platform for finding company for different kinds of activities Semaforum in order to promote unintrusive searching for company. By applying for an activity on studentska-vadba.com, the user can choose to publish an activity to search for company. By choosing this option, the activity is generated on Semaforum. When a desired number of people applies, the activity is deleted from the platform. Any services that the user manages through the Semaforum platform are subject to Semaforum’s terms of use. By using the platform, the user agrees to the terms of use. Šport na klik and Študentska vadba are managed by other administrators. The rights and obligations of the users and the platform are subject to the documents published on their website.

Semaforum users are now able to apply for the activities connected to the platform Šport na klik / Študentska vadba by clicking “Apply for exercise”. On this link, you apply for a term with the publisher of the activity.

The exercise can be paid for at the reception desk or via the platform Šport na klik / Študentska vadba. Semaforum is completely excluded from all payments and does not take any responsibility from this title nor does it provide feedback for users.

In most cases, the deadline for cancelling the application to an exercise is indicated next to the activity description displayed just before the user confirms the application. If the publisher of the activity cancels the exercise, the paid amount is refunded to all applicants. The refunding is the responsibility of the owners of the platform Študentska vadba / Šport na klik. Semaforum administrators assume no responsibility for (non-)refunds. Semaforum and Šport na klik / Študentska vadba are not responsible if the exercise is not executed as agreed because of the authors of the activity or the participants.

By creating an activity for company, Šport na klik / Študentska vadba platform users that do not have an account on Semaforum automatically get one. They receive the email with the automatically generated password, which can be changed in 'edit info' tab on the user’s home page.

By applying for an activity via ad with reservation Šport na klik / Študentska vadba, Semaforum users that do not have an account on Šport na klik / Študentska vadba automatically get one. They receive the email with an automatically generated password, which can be changed in 'my profile' tab in the menu of the home page.

By registering, Semaforum gains access to the following user data via platform Šport na klik / Študentska vadba: name, last name, email, phone number and date of birth. By registering, the user agrees with Semaforum’s terms of use. By registering, the platform Šport na klik / Študentska vadba gains access to the following user data via platform Semaforum: name, last name, email and phone number, if the user added it. By registering, the user agrees with the Šport na klik / Študentska vadba platform's terms of use. Semaforum is not responsible for the personal data collected, stored and processed by the platform Šport na klik / Študentska vadba.

Semaforum is not responsible for the content on the platform Šport na klik / Študentska vadba. It is also not responsible for any damage that might arise due to the unavailability of this platform.

Every registered user has the right to delete their account at any time. This can be done in the settings window on their profile page. Once the account is deleted, it can not be recovered. In case of a new registration, the user is assigned a new profile.

In the event of dispute, the user and the administrator undertake to try to settle the matter amicably. Should this not be possible, the dispute will be settled by the District Court in Ljubljana.
